Daily UI Design Challenge #1

Recently I signed up for a daily UI design challenge to participate in. From my understanding, each day they'll send a different design challenge to my inbox.

Today's challenge was:

"Create a sign up page, modal, form, or app screen related to signing up for something. It could be for a volunteer event, contest registration, a giveaway, or anything you can image."

I decided to create a sign up page for volunteer opportunities with the WeLoveTrees foundation. They are a made-up entity that is focused on planting trees around the city.
